This is a simple pattern I pulled together for chilly nights to snuggle up with. I made this while I was 8 months pregnant with Hudson. I wanted a blanket large enough to snuggle under but small enough so that we didn’t get buried in it in during late night nursing sessions. This worked out perfectly. The pattern is a 2 stitch, 2 row repeat so it can be easily adjusted to fit whichever size you’d like to make. I also doubled up on a fairly thick gauge yarn to begin with so this worked up in a flash. Enjoy!
Pattern Notes:
This pattern is worked up by holding two strands of yarn together, doubling your gauge. You can easily adjust this pattern to use whatever yarn/gauge you’d like but be mindful of your adjusted gauge sizing. I highly recommend working up a 4×4 swatch and count up what you are working with. The measurements below are specific to the yarn/needles I used.
Measurements:
As pictured: 42x60in.
I worked this one up as a lounger throw but this can be easily modified to fit the size you’d like to make. Simply adjust the pattern in multiples of 2 sts.
