This is a very fun pattern to work up! Bobbles are essential so grab your favourite colors and lets get working! This Rainbow is going to be used in a St Patrick’s Day project – this is the first of a 3 part series! Check back tomorrow for more information.

This pattern is great as a standalone also. Work it up to hang in your kiddo’s room or a classroom. So many uses for a rainbow in this world. Enjoy!

This pattern works up from the center of the rainbow out to the edges. It uses 6 different colour swaps and you can easily adjust the pattern to fit the color pallet of your choice. We went the traditional route and used this in our St. Patrick’s Day Pot o Gold pattern. Enjoy!

• Red Heart Super Saver in the following colours:
  • Cherry Red
  • Carrot
  • Bright yellow
  • Spring Green
  • Blue
  • Amethyst

• 6.0mm crochet hook
• Tapestry Needle

Gauge:

Crochet: 12sc and 15 rows = 4in 

Abbreviations:

Ch: Chain

SC: Single Crochet

DC: Double Crochet

HDC: Half Double Crochet

TR: Treble Crochet

Sk: Skip

SLST: Slip stitch

Beg: Beginning

Bobble: *YO, Insert hook into stitch and pull up a loop, YO and pull through 2 loops on your hook* Repeat 3 more times (5 loops on your hook). YO and pull through all 5 loops on your hook.
