Crochet Bunny Appliqué Pattern FAQ
How long does this crochet bunny appliqué pattern take to make?
Once you’ve watched the tutorial, the whole crochet bunny appliqué pattern takes about 10 minutes from start to finish. It’s a great quick-craft project for an evening or to whip up a batch of for gifting.
Can I use a different yarn weight?
Yes! Bernat Maker is a bulky weight, which gives the bunny a chunky, satisfying look at about 4 inches tall. You can use any worsted or bulky yarn — just match your hook size to your yarn (a worsted weight will work nicely with a 5.5mm or 6.0mm hook and give you a slightly smaller, denser bunny).
What can I attach the finished crochet bunny appliqué to?
Anything! Baby blankets, tote bags, greeting cards, gift tags, pillow covers, hats, headbands, gift bags, or strung together as a garland. The flat shape and small size of this crochet bunny appliqué pattern make it incredibly versatile.
Can I sell finished bunnies made from this pattern?
Yes! You’re welcome to sell finished bunnies made from this crochet bunny appliqué pattern — small-batch personal sales are encouraged. Please credit SeeLoveShare as the designer. The pattern itself may not be reproduced or resold.
Do I have to use a pom pom for the tail?
Not at all! While the pom pom gives that classic fluffy bunny-tail look, you can substitute a small crocheted circle, a button, or even a tiny tassel. Have fun with it.
