Second Mitten: flip mitten to opposite side as first edged mitten, repeat edging as detailed above above. Flipping the mitten over will allow both sides to line up with sc facing outward when joining them together.
Frosting: make 1

Row 1: hdc in 2nd ch from hook to end, ch 1, turn (9 hdc)
Row 2-6: hdc in each st to end
Row 7-9: hdc2tog, hdc to final 2 sts, hdc2tog end with 3 sts

Stack both cookies, align corners and sides. Starting at any corner, slst in BLO through BOTH cookies, continue with slst in blo in all sts in edging around. Bind off, weave in ends. Center frosting on the cookie, you should be able to see an even border of the cookie all the way around the frosting. Sew frosting to cookie with tapestry needle.
Bind off, weave in all ends and ENJOY!
