An update to the season’s favourite pattern by dressing them up in Halloween finest! This is a great pattern for beginners as we’ve left out all the fancy increase/decrease work outta this one!
The best part is that this series of patterns are written in both KNIT and CROCHET so no crafters will be left behind!
This pattern is meant to be worked up as a family but single pumpkins will shine just the same. Turn these into a decorative entryway display, garland, or wreath!

This pattern is written for BOTH knit and crochet! Photos were taken for one or the other but the modifications for each will be included in each costume pattern.
First, let’s gather all the materials you’re going to need!

Materials:
- Crochet Hook: 6.0mm
- Knitting Needles: 6.00mm
- Tapestry needle
- Polyfill stuffing
- Floral Wire
- Googly Eyes (7 sets) – AKA Wobbly Eyes in 25mm
- Red Heart Super Saver in the following colours:
- Pumpkin
- Aran
- Black
- Spring Green
- Cherry Red
- Amethyst
- Coffee
Gauge:
Crochet: 12SC and 14 rows = 4in
Knit: 17sts and 23 rows = 4in
